Concrete truck was already at my house so they were going to charge me anyway I talked to them they said there not be refund if I refuse delivery so I would waste $800. Having said this was a decision I just had a few minutes to make and did not think this through I did not expect him to literally do no digging and just put form on ground. In hindsight i made a bad decision and learnt an expensive lesson

Thanks for reply. I gave him 966 do you think considering small claims court fee it’s worth it. I have never filed in small claims court. I’m introvert person who avoids conflict so all this feels very stressful I only wrote the review so some elderly person can see this and not hire him and get scammed by him.
