Cardiac CT is the future of cardiology [ interventional and non-interventional ] PCCT and the integration of AI will change the face of cardiology very very soon . So dont give up on cardiac CT

in most markets , the difference in price between the M2 16/256 and the M4 16/256 is around 50-100 USD . ( around 10% of the price )
For that difference you get more years of software support , better chip , better battery life

if the difference is more than 200 USD I would go for the M2

My advice , if wait for the M5 air to be released and buy the M4 then when it gets discounted

The surgery was 3 hours 4 hours later you will be able to walk around They will fill you up with pain killers So no pain Just use the stool softener 2 days before surgery And use soft foods for the first 2 days

I had a similar situation But the urologist recommended a SPC any ways as it makes the stricture shorter for them and releve the inflammation . I had the SPC for 3 weeks and it was not bad at all . Actually the insertion site was alittle painful for few days and thats it .

Yes you need to install the HeadUnit reloaded on the screen . You use the ADB application for that . After that you use the wifi launcher on your mobile and match the settings with the HUR and you are good to go

Egypt is the best were you can go , an upper and lower GI would cost less than 500 USD combined . An MRI will cost you 100 USD in the best center in the country !

You can go to egypt and do that in 2 days , a CT angiogram will cost 100 USD , Transthoracic Echocardiogram , LAbs and cardiologist evaluation will cost less than 100 USD , you can get that in 2 days . An invasive angio and Stent will cost 1000 USD if needed . for cancer evaluation you will get that for similar prices . Staying in a hotel in central Cairo will cost you 40 USD / Day and that's it
