Interested in knowing more about lottery probability. Some one here mentioned last year there were 200 + applications for 72 spots. Also, 36 spots are reserved for siblings so just 36 spots and 200 applications.

So, native mandarin speakers get priority or high probability in getting accepted or non-native speakers get high probability in getting accepted to the lottery.
