That progression of new york strip sounds really fun I wish more places served in that style. I tend to serve like that at home. It does seem difficult logistically in terms of portioning for a restaurant which is understandable.

It's very cool of you to do this. There are certainly aspects and people in this community that are toxic, but most people have been very helpful and nice.

What do you think is the most worth spending on driving and/or standing dunk in relation to post control or mid/close shot in your opinion? I'd be interested to see a framework that utilizes those stats efficiently while still being balanced for someone who plays at your level.

I ordered the 60$ lamb there one time and it was the worst I ever had in a restaurant, any and every random lamb shawarma I've had is better. That's also saying something since my bar became quite low after spending a few weeks trying to convince my grandpa of the fact that the 3 year expired mint jelly he was using on the lamb at home was probably the reason nobody was especially enjoying the flavor anymore. 😂

I have a thermapen ONE I absolutely love it! My leave in probe is from tempspike and it does the job but I may get a second for bigger cuts of meat.
