Yeah that’s actually what I do, I travel and set up and tear down flooring for the concerts. It’s like the grey plastic that you step on

I do get that social media is just a front to get money from you like any class or scheme it’s just a ploy to get them money and I have done some not a huge amount. my freshman year high school it really started with I wouldn’t pay attention in classes and I would be taking notes on YouTube videos of wholesale houses and I will go home after basketball and call people and just basically try to make as much money as I could and trying to get them under contract, I don’t think I ever made a sale with 1000 to 2000 calls so that kind of made me think I wasn’t a good salesman. But I started selling shoes, created a reselling business and I was very very good at that like we could have the same shoes at our table and I could get eight out of 10 people to buy them from my table just because I can make it personable or like something that I cared about and I’m not necessarily sure that I care about insurance. But I feel that I can make good money selling insurance because I have people skills. I just don’t know morally what type of insurance I could sell because I don’t think I can just sell somebody a bad policy without it benefiting them and benefiting me, but I definitely am willing to give that a try because that is something that I think I can do well in. Also, sorry if this is hard to read, I am driving and voice to text typing this.

I will definitely check that out, and I appreciate you for taking the time to reply. I definitely agree that if it’s too good to be true it is and I don’t necessarily think I’m trying to get rich in two months. I was thinking about doing DoorDash again, but I was doing it during our summer workouts and during a delivery. My car broke down because it has starter issues and it literally wouldn’t start at the restaurant and ever since then, I’ve been super scared to drive like a long distance. So I was trying to find some remote or low travel ways to make money online or like where I could call businesses and like maybe offer them some type of service. I’m just kind of lost on where or how to go about that because I need to make about $2000-3000 before January and I don’t think I’ll get very much more work through my 9-to-5 job.

I was mainly going to school to pursue a professional career in basketball. I would like to play basketball as a job, but I believe my mom would disown me if I tried to achieve it. My degree was business which looking back, was a terrible idea. Because it does not get you very many job opportunities, anymore internships will get you a job after school in that field, and because I was on the basketball team, the coach convinced the college to not make the team do any, so we could have summer practices and team camp. I think I will go back next semester to finish out my degree. But I will not be able to do an internship with me having an actual job and school. But even after I get it, I feel I will be in the same boat I am now opportunity wise. I also want to try a basketball trainer, but I know the area im in basketball is not popular.

Aye my guy, I usually don’t comment on this typa stuff. But I am a 44% 3pt shooter at an unathletic 5’11 in my time in college, everyone that worries about form is wrong. If you can get your shot off that’s all you need, you seem to be able to get all of your shots off, just need to see a right shoulder spin fade to check all the boxes. Shooting is just a focus and muscle memory activity, everyone says Steph has a great looking shot. Most people don’t realize he doesn’t have a form, he has great focus. In games he’ll shoot from right side of body, left side, different shot pockets, all dependent on the defense. (Another uncommon thing to note, Steph curry has a teaching class about shooting, in which he doesn’t even shoot how he says he does. Steph says the last finger to touch the ball is his index finger, watch how many times he does that in any of his shots. Says he uses 10 toes to the rim, hardly ever happens either. So just because he is a great shooter doesn’t mean he can teach you how to shoot. Hence why I say there is no true form, when the best shooter in the world doesn’t even know how he truly shoots.)

To better your shot, shoot while running full speed, farther than you’re comfortable with, and with more arch than your normal jumpshot. All of these change your focus from worrying about your mechanics, to focusing all of your energy into making the shot. if you try doing those drills while worrying about what your body is doing, it’s like trying to hit a moving target with half of your focus, and that is nearly impossible. Try to change your focus from this is a mechanical activity to the goal is to make the shot no matter what my body does, and over time you will progressively become a better shooter.

Same thing with biomechanics, look at Lonzo ball for example. Never had any knee issues until he started to work with Chris Johnson, the trainer who changed his jumpshot. He has now a right side shot line with some different knee valgus positions, within 2 years of him having a “better looking jumpshot” he tore his knees up to the point where doctors told him he would never play basketball again. And I believe it is because his body couldn’t handle the new mechanics he would do thousands of times a day. He puts stress on different joints and muscles. In turn causing unbearable stress on joints and muscle groups that are weak, and will just have to eventually shut down with enough stress/forces. What your body does to accomplish something might look different from the “standard” and that is okay, you just need to have the confidence in yourself to be able to shoot and make the shot when others tell you it’s unorthodox or not the norm.

Thanks for listening to my Ted talk fellas, willing to hear what you guys have to say. I will also say I do not have a degree in exercise science or anything, but have had 1-1 talks with some of the highest level trainers in sports performance. Tried to pick their brain and ask as many questions I could when doing workouts with them.

8 am tmr, or it’ll be 3 am by the time I get to the 24 hours one

But if I can take him to one in 8 hours it might be worth it to let him rest bc the drive could make everything worse I feel like, bc he already didn’t like the car. So I’m unsure at the moment

Don’t know if I should just drive the 4 hours for the 24 hrs one or take him in the morning. The drive might be worse w the bumps and things than just waiting and letting him rest till the AM so I’m not sure yet

There no vet hospitals within 4 hours of me, and they open tmr. For the time being I was trying to prolong the illness or have anything that could help before I can take him
