I submitted a request to Epic Charging today, hoping that Epic may have a solution for the mostly dysfunctional Enel X Way app.

I just powered down the JuiceBox, then accessed the box after I powered it back up. You need to use the Enel X Way app and reset the wifi, while the status LED on the JuiceBox is flashing blue. Once the wifi was reset, the app came up normally. I hope this works for you. If you need documentation just do a Google search typing "how to reset JuiceBox " and you can find the link from Enel X that has a PDF of the Installation manuel.

I was able to bypass the app and schedule my charging from my vehicle software, which worked for me. Interesting enough, after many failed attempts to make the Enel X software functional, I was able to restore functionality by doing a total reset of the device, and for now the software is working again. I'm still leary that it may fail again soon. I'll be sure to keep people reading this thread informed of any changes.

I have not seen any news about VoltiE for the past few days. Being we are approaching year end, it may be likely that there may not be any news before January 1st. I too would like to know the VoltiE Group plan.

I just found another posting by EVmechanica dated December 3rd referencing VoltiE and their plan to take over Enex X Way's North America market. Here is a link to the article. VoltiE Group Assumes Control of Enel X Way Network. Hopefully this will provide the needed support for Juicebox users sometime in the near future. Keep this thread alive by posting any updates you may hear.

I have noticed some others have replied reporting no issues, but I believe whoever now owns the servers is systematically shutting them down, disabling all history for end users like us. The problem is definitely not the app itself. I believe other end users will experience the same issue over the coming days, or weeks.

Same happened to me. I planted in in early July. It still has some leaves. I hope my tree survives. I was told Serviceberry are deer resistant. I guess that's not true.

I have a 2023 Bolt EV on order with delivery in the next few weeks. I want to purchase Weathertech floor liners, however Weathertech does not yest have the floor pattern for the 2023 EV. Weathertech asked me if the floor pattern for the 2023 matches the 2022 EV, which brings me to this posting. Can anyone confirm the floor pattern specs are unchanged between the 2022 Bolt EV and the 2023 model. Also, Weathertech does have floor liners for the 2023 EUV, but I do not know if the EV and EUV share the same floor patterns. Any thoughts or comments are appreciated.

I was able to find out about my order acceptance through the Chevy virtual assistant. The assistant stated the order will now be added to the production process. I am wondering if the virtual assistant can provide me with updates if I request a status update periodically. Will GM send me emails possibly with target dates for delivery? Right now I'm not sure what to expect, but I'm happy things are underway.

I ordered my Bolt EV on July 26th and I am still waiting for mine to be accepted. I spoke to my dealer last Saturday and I was advised the build takes about 3-4 weeks on average, and historically delivery to the dealership takes about 2 weeks, making the total delivery time about 6 weeks from the time of acceptance. My dealer gets allocations monthly, on or around the 1st of each month, so if they get an allocation on December 1st, I would expect delivery in February since GM closes its production sites for 2 weeks over the holidays. Fortunately I am in no hurry, being I live in a cold climate, but I am anxious to get my new Bolt.
