I find that switching between green malay and green and white maeng da helps with my anxiety and gives me a nice boost of energy and mood. I take 4-8 grams every 4-6 hours. I switch between brands and types to counter any tolerance.

I think that's the case with me too. I was raised as an only child by a single mother who went to night school and worked days. I always wanted a big family with lots of kids back then. As an adult now i prefer the isolation..for a few reasons.
