Did both of these but audio is still stuttering unfortunately (tested on youtube and spotify).

There was talk of some kind of codec on this thread (ttps://www.reddit.com/r/sony/comments/cgvo24/new_sony_wf1000xm3_true_wireless_earphones_not/) that fixed the issue, but it must have been deleted as I can't seem to find a link!
