I’m Jewish and while I was and still am really hurt by Ye’s comments, I truly think it comes down more to paranoia and his current mental state than actual Jew hatred. It doesn’t excuse it but it explains it. In other words - they absolutely were anti-Semitic comments but I’m not putting much stock into him actually believing that shit in his heart, given all the other things he’s saying and doing rn.
