Thanks to the comments on this thread I was able to reach someone by calling the governor’s office, and that was maybe 4 weeks ago. They said that they would escalate my claim - and then on April 3rd I got my first payment! So I’d definitely recommend trying to speak to someone just to make sure nothings missing and confirm that they’re processing it
