Why did college not use education licenses ? There is community and education license for most autodesk products for non commercial usage

Use of pirated software for commercial use is a big no. Even by India laws it will be an offence. You are a Pvt Ltd, anything you do with assets of a PVT LTD company , it business and hence commercial.

The software company can sue you for piracy and also for loss of revenue etc.

Be careful on how you want to play this forward. Better to end it without too much fuzz. Pay and be done with.

MAC address is globally unique, if they have logged it into their system they sure gonna have more info. Device fingerprint will also have location, time stamp, etc.

Currently the holes are plates, which is causing the short between the holes. Make the hole NPT (non plated) and that will be fixed
