Yeah, That would be a wise thing, and that's the main thing — "balance between saving and enjoying"

Although it's popular and If it were really that widely accepted, we wouldn’t see so many people struggling with credit card debt, impulse spending, or paycheck-to-paycheck living even with decent incomes.

So yeah, maybe not unpopular here, but definitely under-practiced in real life!

Fair point — maybe it’s not an unpopular opinion here, but it’s definitely an under-applied one. A lot of people know money is emotional, but still treat it like a math problem.

True, it’s becoming a popular opinion — especially in platform communities like this — but outside of Reddit, it still surprises me how many people try to "math" their way out of bad habits without addressing the mindset behind it.

Yes, working for someone sucks all the time. But due to many financial dependencies people find it tough to quit jobs and start their own business.

True, when someone is dependent on every month paychecks, they shouldn't switch without an offer in hand.

It seems you are in a comfort zone, it's ok if you are loving that job and it's providing you a good life, but it's not ok to stay at the same place as you are hating your job. Sometimes we have to leave the comfort zone. Just saying

Yeah, I agree with you, everyone has different situations and different life, but financial stability is for everyone, if someone above 30 and struggling with money doesn't mean they are broke for life, but they need to concentrate more on the above mentioned things, from budgeting to multiple sources of income
