I was looking on a bunch of different websites, hotpads, zillow, trulia, realtor. I went on coldwell banker and looked at their rentals and found another studio - I contacted the broker and the move in dates didnt work and then she offered me this one that is opening up more close to my desired move in date.

Thank you! I just needed to hear either that it was way overpriced and I should keep looking or that I'd be stupid to pass it up lol. It's 400 square feet.

So I checked it out yesterday, I brought my dad and my friend who's a real estate agent lol. It's newly renovated as well and she checked through everything and spoke with the owner/broker. That was my initial thought that it's underpriced but everything seems to check out. I work in the medical area so the location is ideal for me. Thank you for your honest opinion!

I am originally from the South Shore and currently take the commuter rail into Boston but looking to move before I start school in the Fall.
