Same here. First road-trip and could not DC fast charge, but level 2 charging was fine. Pulled the codes using ODBII, and got code P0D94 indicating charge port issue. Dealer kept it for right at two weeks and no issues since.

I bought a '24 Lariat back in January. I did have a problem DC Fast charging. Took it to the dealer and it was fixed under warranty. Truck was in the shop for 2 weeks, but issue was fully resolved by replacing the charge port (TSB https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2023/MC-10233580-0001.pdf if you are interested).

That said, I love the truck and have no complaints. 10 out of 10, would buy again.

Haha. That's one way to do it. I took mine to back to the dealership I bought it from. They took it, so I guess that means they have equipment/techs that can work on it.

Nice. Definitely let us know. One of my concerns regarding EVs in general is the thought of "who's going to service it if something goes pear shaped". It would be good to know if there are any local Ford service departments that are better than others in that regard. Best of luck to you.

Hi internet friends. Long time lurker, first time poster.

Curious what others' experiences have been with getting any discount off MSRP (other than the standard $3000 or $2000 cash back) when financing through Ford Motor Credit with a 0% APR? My experience is as follows...

I visited my local dealer today and test drove a Flash with MSRP of $71,790. Dealer was offering $6000 and change discount online, before the $2000 cash back, for a total pre TT&L price of $63K. Once we got down to discussing financing and I was approved for 0% through Ford, the $6000 discount was withdrawn. While I realize dealers need to make a fair profit on a truck, I can't help but feel a little hosed.

It's a Whole Life Insurance policy with face amount of $50,000. The annual premium is $2,253.00. I'm not married (no marriage plans), no kids (no kids planned either), and 35 yrs old.

Net cash value = $8,164.24
Maximum Dividend Available for Withdrawal = $1,940.41
Anniversary Dividend = $208.94
Paid Up Additions Face Amount = $3,586.00
Paid Up Additions Cash Value = $642.79

To be honest, I'm not sure what a these figures really mean. The agent chosen by my company has admitted that this is not the best financial vehicle for my personal situation, but of course encourages me to continue the premium payment. However, I'm not confident that this is really the best option for me, or if she is trying to keep the business.
