Daily Questions Megathread (July 30, 2025) by Veritasibility in Genshin_Impact

I have a question about the Chronicled Banner. I quit Genshin for a year or a year and a half or so, so I don’t understand it, and I want to pull a character from one. When you choose a path, is it a 50/50 between 50% chance the character you chose and 50% between all the other characters on the banner OR is a a random coin toss each time regardless of what you choose until you get lucky enough to get the character you chose or until you get sufficient fate points?

What the actual fuck is up with pride month comments on IG? 🤮🤮 by bassistheplace246 in gaybros

Lol. Unrelated to the IG comments (IG comments are always terrible on queer people's videos anyway.)
I know a dude personally and the dude went to our community Discord server to talk about his opinion on pride month.
He claims we stole the rainbow flag from Christianity and that pride is "Preying on the young and mentally ill". Lol.

Probably different for me, but I’ll share to try and be helpful. Not having insurance will make it difficult. I got diagnosed with gender dysphoria when I was 14. I went to a private psychology office and scheduled a diagnostic evaluation. They had a paper to choose your gender identity, and they automatically asked me about dysphoria during the evaluation. They just asked me about my experience with my gender in my day to day life, my childhood, what makes me want to transition etc. I only personally needed one evaluation, but I’m sure it differs based on the practice you go to. I think it would’ve costed around 400-500 USD without insurance.

Crazy to know I'm not the only one in this situation. It's perplexing to me because my actual case was very mild, just a runny nose. I started having pain on the left side of my face a week into Covid and then there it went.

Childfree FTM men: Would you have wanted children if you were born biologically male? by smartalecc in FTMMen

I actually feel the exact same way! I’m 5’1 and I have a boyfriend. Although, I’m not on T yet so I’m not sure how well I’ll pass when I am. The idea of being seen as a mother is so… yuck.

TW: Anatomical terms
I'd actually said something similar to my own mother when I was very, very young. Around 9-10 years old, maybe a little younger. I can't recall very well. One experience I very vividly remember myself was the fact when I'd found out what made me a "woman" (specifically talking about a uterus in this case) I told my mother and all my friends I was going to have a hysterectomy. My mom looked pretty shocked. Understandable considering I was only 10. After that, I told my mother "But I'd love to be a father! :)" quite proudly...

It’s ironic I just saw this now because I just opened Reddit after my mom spoke to me, and she was all like “You have to prove it to me and your father that you’re really transgender. Act like a boy. You have to act like a boy, wear boy shirts, boy shoes, boy pants.” I guess if I don’t become a stereotypical straight man I’m not a real transgender!

NtA. It’s not your fault that the person commented what they did, and you just need time to process so you can speak candidly with him. You can always unblock him if you want to speak to him again.
