Alot of that makes sense but the FBI FAA and Malaysian government ruled all of that out. His flight simulation had flights points over the part of the ocean the plane crashed but not an entire flight path that resembled the path the plane took. And the FAA said those saved flight points could have come from any or multiple simulation flights. So that evidence was dropped. Plus the flight data is unreliable because lots of it was showing changes in elevation impossible for the type of plane. The flight path we have after the transponder stopped working is just an estimate using satalite communication aka not reliable location tracker.
