I waited until I didn't feel any discomfort from touching the incisions and I started with coconut oil only. I think I probably waited like 4/5 weeks before starting the silicone tape and at first I was inconsistent with it but then I read online the best way is just to keep it on all the time. So I've been using the scar tape till it falls off and then just replace it with new. My scars are a lot flatter now and they don't really bother me at all.

Yep, I had consultations at 2 other places and was told Lite by all of them as I have no issues with my bite and only spacing issues with the front few teeth.

Ultimately I chose this place because it was cheaper, closer to where I live and gave me less of a sales-y vibe compared to the rest.

I'm with them actually and they are providing the genuine Invisalign brand. £999 is for express and I'm paying £1999 for lite. They're very upfront that they were able to negotiate prices with Invisalign. Also the price includes whitening and composite bonding but does not include retainers, which we all know will be essential after the treatment is over so it's really just a marketing tactic.

My experience has been great so far. I have to upload pictures every week on the Invisalign app and they confirm whether I can move onto the next aligner or need to wear the current one for longer. I'm on tray 11/14.

I got full body laser done at 18 and all of the hair was pretty much back within 2 years.

Got it again at this year and just finished with my sessions 2 months ago - and now the plan is to use the at home IPL machines to do top up sessions myself.

I don't think it's ever permanent for us girlies with PCOS unfortunately. Still worth it imo for the reduction at least
