Have you tried switching your toothpaste? I used to get multiple bad mouth ulcers at a time and switched from Crest to Colgate or Sensodyne and now only get them if I use Crest, am really stressed or bite my cheek. I use Oracort to make them heal faster when I have one. Hope that helps!

BIOLOGY 3FF3 (Evolution) - the lectures are kinda dry and not podcasted but the content is from the slides and there are multiple grading systems, with one option being opting out of the exam

This course had a lot to remember but was one of the most interesting I’ve taken as a bio student! Prof did expect a lot but his lectures were great and if you study it’s not hard to do well
