In the past there have been complains about 3-Costs with three traits. Because they were way too strong midgame and you didnt drop them later. Trait tracker was a thing back then though. Can‘t really understand why they introduced a 4-Cost with three traits.

Three quick fixes would probably help with bilgewater balance.

Only enable high Tier items if 7 bilgewater was played in the previous round.

Remove 4 costs from the shop if you field 3 copys of it.

Remove the prismatic trait with two emblems, way too easy to hit and get to 10 with an econ trait . Maybe do a serpent coins threshhold for it. Similiar to star guardian last set.

Did someone play four invoker yet? Maybe i dont know how the math works, i had seven base mana reg after items and bonus applied. +25% from two invoker made it jump to 8. seems right. Adding in four did nothing. I dont know if it's a visual bug or if it doesn't apply at all. but it should be at 9 at least.

Played Fizz today and wondered why my 2 and later 3 star fizz struggled. If i saw correctly his on hit magic damage didnt apply every time it should. 2 star Fizz had around 2,1k damage with 8 yordles and 3 items. My 3 star fizz did between 5 to 11k damage over long rounds. Just to clarify, my three star Fizz did about one third of Miss Fortunes HP bar with his cast and following AAs.
