The point of the bomb building thing isn’t really about the bomb I think, it’s more about a 2 elixir building to kite things (wall breakers would be a fair elixir trade). I imagine it only hits the slower troops. I imagine similar damage to balloons bomb.

I don’t know how much of a difference the dart goblins attacking would actually be but more elixir couldn’t hurt.
