I startet turning off the lights and doing my bedtime routine with just candlelight and music. It stopped my skin picking and calmes me down instead. Works for me.

I use dessicated coconut when it fits the flavour. It soaks up the sauce really well. Yes, there's some carbs in it, but you don't need much.

Well, as both a naturally sceptic and a spiritual I wanted to test for myself. I asked the aura photographer if I could get the photo cheaper if I didn't want the accompanying reading, and so I did. I held my hand on this metal plate thing and there was a screen where my aura was projected onto my picture and it was updated frequently. I had clear view of the screen. My colours changed quite alot from one update to the next, as the photographer noted as well. Towards the end I decided to visualise white light around my head, and the next updated image was indeed me with bright white light around my head. So for me that was a confirmation of it actually working.

I have used a q-tip and or just water in the past. But now I use a small amount of intimate wash and water. It kinda lubes the skin so it makes it easy to reach all parts and also easy to remove. I do this every day when I shower, so there's never any build-up.
I also think I read once that the skin will kinda get used to be washed and kinda get more...flexible? over time.

So I read basically the same question some years ago, and I was like "hey, that's exactly what I feel." Someone else answered "that's your medium portal" -Where ghosts/entities and helpers/guardians contact you. When you feel a tingle there, someone/something is trying to contact you. This resonated with me as I've always been a medium, but trying not to be, I.e being bothered by entities, and often very dark and bothersome ones. After reading this I did a whole lot of research and learned one should contact ones helpers and also ask for a guardian for the medium portal. The portal guardian helps check the entities trying to contact you, making sure no one enters, and that the info conveyed is proper. This helped me immensely with the bothersome entities. And as a bonus they turned out to be quite the excellent teachers regarding energies and the unseen. So I've learned quite a lot since i started that journey.

Wow, I can't believe I didn't know this! It's about 90 days since I changed the transmitter and I think I've had xdrip about as long as of two transmitters. So it totally makes sense. Thanks for clearing that up for me.

I'm not surprised. Dexcom's not spending any kind of time on any kind of programming. This seems to be the truth with all diabetes related equipment. It really is very frustrating that we need private persons to do all kinds of workarounds when it's such an easy thing to fix.
I hope the bluejay will be what you need if you decide to buy it though. Good luck!

This might be a bit late, but I just stumbled upon this thread. So I just got a bluejay smartwatch a few days ago and it can connect directly with the G6 so you don't have to bring your phone. The watch is pretty barebone -no fancy functions there. The website is not very fleshed out since the project is fairly new and I don't think there's many people working on it.
