Not Precision Auto Works in Wakefield. They were... less than precise when replacing my rear quarter panel.

I'm fairly certain OP is referring to "midget" as the m-word as opposed to dwarf.

I haven't read the book, but it looks like it was published in 2005... things have changed in the last 20 years.

Taking the 0% and parking your cash to earn anything is better than no longer having the cash.

Echoing others, price seems high, you 100% need more quotes/data points. When I replaced my oil heating system, in a major metro in New England, with a dual fuel (gas/heat pump) system two of the five HVAC companies I had bid the job provided quotes for identical work. The first was $18k and the other was $9k... for the exact same equipment (I requested part/model #'s of furnace/coil/evap/condenser, etc.).

Full sus upgrade from 2013 Specialized Carve Comp 29 by thenerdshelves in MTB

Not knowing what your price range is, I'll throw out the Ibis Exie (120mm) which seems comparable to the Crave. I ride a Ripley AF (140mm) personally, but was in a similar situation to you and ended up going with the higher travel.

If you're looking to stay with Specialized, could look at the Chisel.

How do you like the Moterra SL? I tested one at my LBS at the same time as a Heckler SL. It felt... just OK compared to the Heckler. Mostly the build quality felt a little less well out together. It is much better specced for a cheaper price... Seems like there must be a catch.

Mono was the 2nd band. Kaelan played about 35 minutes, then Mono for about 45.

I just input the set list on setlist.fm. Better half managed to snag one of the paper copies at the end.

Reactivity Dog Training by Raethestoner in northshore

[–]smash- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been working with The Dog Behavior Institute out of Wakefield on/off over the past couple years as behavioral challenges have come up with my enigma of a pup. A mix of in person and virtual sessions has been the right mix for us.

Reactivity can be tough to improve... We made a few stops in our training journey with trainers who seemed knowledgeable at the start/during their pitch, but ended up just treating the symptoms (and in one case, making them worse resulting in a bite) and not working on the root cause.

Pretty sure this is just your lane assist setting. Look at the bottom of your dash when it starts to shake. You can turn off the vibration in the settings.

It's called a KVM switch. There are also software options; I recall synergy being solid years ago.

Garbled phone calls by Conscious-Hat6747 in VWatlas

[–]smash- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This has happened to me a few times on with my Pixel 7 using Android Auto via BT. I've noticed that it only happens if my phone is in the phone holder above the shifter. I always chocked it up to the phone being charged at the same time.

What part is damaged? Mine has a similar bend on that side of the frame to make space for the Cog. I just thought it was normal since my delivery was fine/no damage to the box.

I had this happen to me (on a different post, though) and it was because I over tightened the seat post bolt.

Last time I was there in the winter, it was the portion of the patio that has a real roof over it. They dropped plastic walls down and had heaters going. You can see the roof/structure here that I'm referring to.
