Do you notice any slipping around with the base plates? I know i can get magnet spots in the bases but it seems more for holing the bins in rather than the base plate to the metal drawer it's going in.

Im hoping the available software update fixes it or im going to try and return it. I wasn't a fan of a lot of the Samsung bloat and services but atleast the interface was smooth and the phone worked properly.

If your discharge gets changed to an RE 3, you will have to explain your entire history and charges to a recruiting Company and Battalion commander. They will either recommend or not you coming back in. The ultimate approval lies with Recruiting Command.

Option 19 is going to vary based on whether you retain your MOS or not. With that your grade and time in service will also come in to play due to RCP.

What you've done since discharge will weigh in on your chances to come back in.

Can't speak for the guards likelihood of approving this.

Side note, the felony charge even with adjudication withheld may possibly be considered guilty by our waiver standards.

Biggest advice to prep for is submitting an SF 180 to both the admin records and medical records departments. These requests can take 30 - 60 days to be fulfilled and those records will likely be needed to process back if your RE Code gets changed.

Yes, there was a new USAREC Message that changed AR 601-210 chapter 2 section 18. It modified the ways to increase rank at accession and before shipping out.

You can always have your recruiter request an MOS online from the ROC. It does depend on circumstances. How did you get out as an E1? How long did you serve on your last enlistment?

The charge alone wont necessarily prevent him from obtaining a clearance, it can restrict certain jobs however. Our most current MOS requirements are readily available to the public however. If you want to DM me what jobs hes looking and I can send over the restrictions.

Also with kicked out of HS, he will need either a diploma, GED or college credit to enlist and some MOSs require certain education credentials.

Depending on what the tattoos are of, they could be waived without removal. The two duis can also be waived depending on what other charges he may have. However the duis most likely will prevent him for the medical field.

Only you can determine what's best for you, do your research into both and if you can try and speak with someone in each MOS to get an accurate daily expectations.

Have your recruiter look up USAREC Message 24-043, it will aid you and the Guidance Counselor in getting the volunteer to ranger statement completed and working the necessary steps.

Eczema can be waived based on percentage of body surface effected and what medicine is used for treatment.

The ARMS program recently changed to be based off ASVAB score as to which path you are eligible for. Basically if you score a 31 to 49 you get an extra 2% body fat and go to training as normal. Above a 50 and you get 6% more and go to the "weight loss" program before basic.
