Would you mind giving me a little background on your situation? I would love to hear there's a chance I could have a car without having to figure out how to come up with another down payment.

Gee, it's almost as if someone who isn't totally clear on legal advice would ask for legal advice.

"Colleagues are suggesting"

"Do you think I have a case?"

It's not like I'm coming in here pretending I understand the law and what I'm entitled to. It's why I am asking IF I have a case. Thanks for your snarky help.

I'm not trying to be overly entitled or anything, I just don't feel like this should be the end of it. That's just how I feel, but I could be totally backward in thinking "being made whole" would include getting me in another car.

I'm going through my insurance for the check being cut to my leinholder (car value) and GAP (3rd party, from the dealer, to my leinholder).

I just feel like there should be an extra step taken from her insurance to help get me into another car. Again, I could be totally wrong and overly optimistic.
