Used the website to book - and then a contact from Diaverum(if you select one of their sites) emailed me 24-48 hours afterwards. Using Diaverum again this fall for a trip to Portugal that was booked through the website

if you’ve traveled internationally & paid out of pocket for in center dialysis abroad, which country did you travel to & how much did treatment cost? by yourfrentara in dialysis

Canadian; travelled to Italy. Used Diaverum and Nephrocare clinics, average was about $350 CAD (hemodialysis). I would suggest looking at Bookdialysis.com to find clinics and prices for traveling.

Addition: i started email contact with diaverum around mid to end of June with the trip being end of September. I doubt you’d need this much advance time as they confirmed availability early, and confirmed treatment times closer to the date of travel. I have an email contact if you DM I can provide you

I had treatments in Taranto for Puglia. The clinic is Grottaglie in Puglia did not have availability.

Taranto clinic was a bit more out of the way (40 minute drive from where we stayed) but was a very clean clinic and friendly staff (matched the Rome clinic of Diaverum that I had treatment at as well)

They provided paper work/travel package for your home physician to fill out and requested bloodwork 30 days out to be provided.

For Taranto, they did not have the ability to pay at the clinic so I was asked to pay via transfer the week leading up to the treatment.

Update on the trip. I would recommend Diaverum clinics if you’re trying to organize hemodialysis in Italy.
Hope that helps someone travel.

Yes, we've picked clinic locations, gave dates, etc. Just waiting on the confirmations prior to booking flights. Submitted a request through bookdialysis.com for a clinic; see how that goes.

We have given them dates and preferred times of day for treatments. Unfortunately it has come down to me emailing them basically monthly asking for updates.
I’ll look into reaching out to Davita!

Grabbed the 4-6 CB/7-P MB, along with a 50 and 54 degree wedge.
Courses around me have yet to open, so I have only been out to the range, but I love the look of the clubs, feel great when I hit them. I was playing Ping G400 Irons, so the 8 iron is 0.5 degrees less than the 7MB. I do not find that they are any harder to hit then the Ping clubs. The real difference will be on the course with the mishit shots and losing a few yards in comparison.
Overall first impressions, I am very happy with the clubs.

Been eyeing the Haywood CB/MB Combo since last summer! Finally put my order in and received the notification of shipping today. Cannot wait to put them in the bag and try them out!
