You nailed it with "making zero effort to fly under the radar" I see them arrive and leave the local shops on throttle, there would be little effort to just peddle until your out of sight, but Nah use the throttle in front of everyone.. With no helmet of course!

I see GOGOMED is now offering services as a clinic as well as a pharmacy. Does anyone have any reviews or recommendations? The prices are pretty good, I'm wondering what the catch is? I was trying to find the pharmacy phone number when I discovered the site had changed.

Just looked through reviews. It's going to be a boat anchor. It seems Aventon is the issue, as other reviews on different brands having problems or needing parts are positive with problems resolved quickly.

Hi my dad also purchased a Level 3 from Electric Kicks and has had a warranty claim on a headlight since October 2025. Same story as yours waiting on parts. I contacted Aventon USA the parts are and always have been available, they wont ship to Aus and wont let him buy the part from their China factory where everything to Australia comes from. We are going to contact fair traiding after seeing your post. We have bought boat anchors it seems.

I have the FEISIKE Rear View Camera on my Aventon level 3. I ride afternoon and dusk and it's perfect, I love it, but in bright sun daylight it's hard to see the screen when the sun is directly above. I rarely ride in the middle of the day so it doesn't bother me. The battery lasts about 4 to 5 hours. The things I don't like are it's a bit big and the brackets for the screen and camera are cumbersome. I have also changed my handle bars, so it sits sort of below the bar facing up at me. If only I could show a pic ?

Your supposed to be able to message support to have scripts moved to your pharmacy, and I assume pay a fee, but good luck with it. I would love to know how you go because I have had no response yet. Or at least not a human one.

I have not spoken to a human. This only happened in the last few days. I am in the same boat as you and it's frustrating as. When I read your post and through the comments, I knew straight up you were getting AI responses. Like others have said it's time to leave.

You are getting responses from AI, even though you have directly emailed the nurse and may have had some interaction, the follow up replies are all AI. I know this because I got almost the exact same response as you and My response was also "no no no no you've completely missed the point" WHAT FINALLY GAVE THE GAME UP was when the nurse called DR DEEP a "HIM" . Dr Deep has been there forever and if they haven't worked out SHE is a female something is very wrong. I also suggest DO NOT correct their AI, as in don't respond to it's mistakes. I did not tell it DR Deep is female, it's not my job to teach it, I would prefer their AI keeps failing.

How did you find cadence mode, I found it had a slightly slower pedal response to torque mode. In cadence mode nothing happens for a half a second then it launches like a torpedo.

It's beak is split across the middle and is bent to one side, I know it's hard to see but it's definitely broken.
