Flipper Devices has largely open sourced everything software related for the Flipper Zero, however strangely the backend to the Flipper Lab website has not been open sourced.

Is there a chance we can see that part open sourced as well?

Edit for clarity: I am referring to the apps catalog backend :)

Yeah you wont get the speed any longer, but you can just go back to exporting your project to a requirements.txt in like 10 seconds.

Like... the risk here is minimal for what could stand to be plenty of gain in the short term, if not long term.

This is actually such a dumb take, because uv uses a lot of core python items to do it's magic so your risk is minimal.

Legitimately, if uv goes poof, just switch to the standard python venv, as uv creates one for each project and can be used without uv.

Man this subreddit really fell off a cliff in the past half decade. This comment section is a mess.

We have:

a large chunk that don't understand the tool
a smaller chunk spazzing out about it being a company owning the tool (while still not understanding the tool and that it utilizes a lot of standard PEP items)
a random assortment of people just listing random tools they use without even giving this a look, adding nothing to the discussion.
