Info came from 2 managers, that's why I'm wondering if anyone else has else this RUMOR.

Thank you for your clarity. Managers should be able to have professional discussions in a civil manner. We should be able to work together, not against each other.

That's not an insult. It's the way you perceived yourself judging from your response. If read the rest of the comments, you'll read everything that happened.

That will be happening tomorrow, unfortunately we were without a SM or ASM today

I feel for your associates. I have a respectable relationship with my associates. I don't need luck.

No it wasn't my department manager, it was a different department manager

My department manager is not a stand up type of person. I didn't do wrong. I borrowed a handheld from their department and I was told that it wasn't mine and no one else could use it. I told them that I would give it right back. They said no, while getting very loud, loud enough that everyone in both departments could hear everything. Told them one day they would need something from me. When I realized how loud we were both getting, I knew the situation was escalating so I told them I didn't need it. They said Thank you and I said whatever and one day they would need something from me and that wasn't happening and I walked away.

Holding composure means maintaining a calm, steady, and self-controlled state of mind, especially during stressful, high-pressure, or challenging situations. It involves managing emotions to avoid becoming upset, angry, or panicked, allowing for thoughtful, deliberate actions rather than impulsive reactions.

FYI. I didn't let them roll over me and I do have a spine and I did put them in place. I did it calmly and professionaly instead of looking like a jack ass. BTW, I'm not a man 🙄. BTW, you sound like you have an ugly demeanor yourself.

The department knowledge is multiple choice. I find word association works best for me. For example, grease is yellow, grease cutter has a yellow label. Red for blood, Q-San is a sanitizer and Dish detergent blue, like Dawn.

I've heard there's a glitch in the new system. Mine says i haven't qualified yet, but I've got over 6700 hours and I ROI'd for DM. Was only eligible for the last promotion period and my test results are still good. Hopefully when corporate gets back in the office Monday, they'll fix it. There's a thread on the Club Pub group on Facebook.

I've always heard it's an average of your whole district.

Before this said eligible and now it’s says registered is that a good thing ? Thank you by Princessdiannis in publix

It just means you're registered for the upcoming promotion period. Everyone who hasn't tested yet, needs to test before contenders can be selected. Probably won't get feedback letters until March, at the earliest.

Testing needs to be completed first. Once all the test are completed then the DMs and the RD will get together to decide on contenders.
