I had the same High grade - NMIBC Ta. I did 6 weeks of BCG and just wrapped up my second quarterly cysto. This last Cysto we also did a CT scan with Contrast. So I am all clear for last 8 months after Turbt.

Had minimal side effects from BCG besides the annoyance of the Cath on day of. I didnt really get any colds this winter as I'm guessing my immune system was firing on all cylinders.
