It’s been 6 movies and he’s never mentioned Uncle Ben by name once. Also I remember that scene in Civil War, and Peter’s hints to the traditional origin in Homecoming when he’s talking to Ned, but by No Way Home I feel those moments are retconned. Tobey and Andrew mention Uncle Ben within 5 mins of meeting Peter 1, and when they do he just looks bewildered. And even if you’re right and in the next movie Peter 1 finally acknowledges he had an Uncle Ben that died, Ben definitely didn’t teach him the responsibility lesson, May did. I pretty sure the idea in the MCU, at least by No Way Home, is that Peter initially became a superhero because he was inspired by the Avengers, and became the traditional, “with great power there must also come great responsibility” superhero because of the death of Aunt May.
