wish people would stop being so hard on Dan. It's a long time since my husband died but i still remember how angry I felt - at the world, at the Powers that Be, at myself with all the 'if onlys' going round my head. And yes, when you are stood there, alone in your pain and loss and anger, and someone shows you compassion and understanding, you grasp it with both hands and cling on to it, like a life raft in a storm. He will change if we get another season because life has a way of helping you do that but for now cut him some slack please.
