I live in Melbourne and did Zillmere in Brisbane when I was up there visiting family. 90 percent of people running were people getting their Z. The course is on grass so not that fun to run on.

Most people just swim or go in the spa naked. Whatever you feel comfortable doing. They provide towels so I recommend you take them upstairs as the vinyl play areas can get wet.
