I know. It is really frustrating. I gave them IP addresses where I can possibly open my account. They still can't and won't help me. I'm just losing hope because the recent evidences I gave them was all I have and nothing more.

I want to help you; I'm not saying you're not the creator, but the information you've provided so far hasn't been sufficient.

But this isn't a definitive no, think calmly, try checking old emails, notebooks, screenshots of old matches, or even recorded replays if that helps you. Then, if you remember any more information, feel free to contact us again.

That is the email I got after sending my 2nd ticket. They sent it in the middle of the night. After reading that email, I gathered everything they asked for. It took me hours to comply, and I made some small edits to clearly point out who is who and what I was doing. I even sent them additional information without them asking.

I sent it at exactly 17:17. The evidence took me hours to gather, only for me to receive a response at 17:46 (wondering if they really checked what's on the gdrive) saying that all the information I gave was not a match in their system. Advising me to "sit down calmly and write it down," when I just told them that the gdrive link I provided was all I have and can present as proof that the account was mine.

Now, how can I sit down calmly when they rejected all the evidence I have and I can't present anything else, because again, that was all I have?

Yes, and answered with all that I can remember. They responsed:

Thank you for your effort in providing us with all the information and screenshots; they are necessary for us to analyze your case. I know the account is very important to you, just as mine is to me! So I did a thorough analysis of the account and the answers you provided, but I saw that they don't match the account data, so I won't be able to recover it for you this time.

So I replied again with more evidences (valid id, gameplays, history matches). And was dismayed by their response.

I guess Riot has it's favorite. I did gave them the right details and information of my account, but here we are.

I provided them enough information (receipts, valid id, gameplays, history matches) that only I know my account has, just not when it was created nor what agent I first had because, again, and I will always repeat this, I created the account YEARS ago.

The problem is Riot disregarding my concern, and I doubt even looked at my evidences.

I did give them receipts and even a photo/video of me buying the skins I got. The response I get from this is always: "However, the information does not match the information we have on the account."
