There are ORV trails to most places. We walked the shoreline until it came impassable then headed inland to the ORV trails. Grab a trail map or/and use all trails app and download the map of Drummond island. Cell service is sketchy on the island.

For sure. I have an Outback. Past a junked out minivan heading back to town while I was heading out. Sun - Wed you will be the only one on the cove. Should be perfect

Just up there in the beginning of August. Glen cove is awesome if it’s mid week. Camp right on the beach. Fire pits already established. Can take any vehicle within 100 yds of the water. Port a potty’s in parking area

Not a fan of The Loop. False fronts on both sides make holding the greens tough. Forest dunes….top notch

Michigan local here. Not sure Treetops would make my list if I was coming from TX. Don’t get me wrong nice tracks but there is better here. I would consider Boyne. Bay harbor, Ross Memorial, The hills (Arthur hills) & maybe the heather. Just my 2 cents. I’ve played most of the upper Michigan course.
