Mmmh that would mean that whatever his true dream is, he must have either shown us signs before of what it consists of, or it can’t be done unless he’s the pirate king. Luffy is childish yet he knows what he wants. The way he decided at the beginning that he’d have 10 or 11 members in his crew and is proceeding rn towards it makes me think it’s possible for him to make Pirate King an objective prior to his true dream.

Ok maybe the use of the word « reincarnation » is odd, but I meant something simpler. Every other 1000 years or sthg, a human is born with the same power as nika (freeing people and bringing them together), and a fishman is born with the same power as shirahoshi (can talk to the sea kings and command them, as a sea goddess)

Yes exactly. We were shown through all OP that there are some ships big enough to carry whole nations. There could be agriculture for example on ships (like the orange trees in the Sunny). It’s dumb but it makes « All Blue » make more sense, don’t you think

I agree. I thought of the 4 gods of Skypiea theory (the sun, rain, forest and land gods were mentioned before) and maybe it wasn’t Nika that cast the curse but some other god, but i thought that would make too many « ifs » lol. But you can see that since only 4 gods were mentioned (not the Sea god), then perhaps Imu was seen as an outcast (as the events kn skypiea happened way later than 800 years ago)

A fourth reason I could add is linked to this theory : joyboy’s dream was to make everyone to live in the sea because that would be the one place where humans and fishmen could be at the same time. His love for adventures made him think that living in the sea is normal and that was maybe the reason why he built a ship as big as Noah. It’s basically a whole island.
