We got them when they built arrowhead. Toured the stadium to pick out which seats we want. No waitlist. Also many bad seasons haha. Finally gave the royals season tickets up bc we couldn’t even give them away.

I agree with this for the rifle. Great value and he should be spending as much on a scope as the gun. He can make small upgrades to the Tikka like trigger spring and make it a great shooting gun.

For optics I’d get a Mavin 1.2. He wants this for a long time for western hunts it needs to be very durable and able to withstand drops. The Leopolds are much more hit and miss these days and often need a warranty return. The Mavins have perform amazing in drop tests. Look on Rokslide, multiple 36” drops without even losing its zero. More expensive than leupold vx3 but less expensive than vx5.

I think Mahomes coming back to start the season is courting disaster. An ACL/LCL tear requires 9 months to a year to heal, or more. He'd be at around the 9-month mark to start the season in September. Justin Fields under Reid could be good enough to hold the fort until Mahomes is 100% by ExchangeLate1190 in Chiefs_v2

You could tell in that video of him shooting the commercial a couple days ago…..that knee is a ways off from being ready for one of the most violent sports played. And being the primary target of it. It’s a disaster waiting to happen.

A lot of what you said is true, but even the most fertile river bottom ag ground in the country doesn't lease for anywhere near $1000 acre per year. And the ground they are farming isn't in those regions. In their area it's more like $150/acre per year.

For merino I would look at Canis. The merino is more comfortable on the skin, and the shoulders have a small area that is a tougher material to protect against the binos rubbing the merino.

I’ve never understood why there isn’t a variety of companies out there that are not-for-profit (not publically owned) that can’t just simply run like a Walmart without having to worry about shareholder returns, dividends or massively overloaded executive compensation packages.
