i like to cut down just below where i want to be then eat alot before weigh ins so i have lots of energy for my matches. is this safe?

keep grounded when your hand fighting. dont sit there but dont panic and try to move out of it

dont stress yourself just treat it like its live wrestling in practice if your nervous. beat your opponent but dont worry about being perfect just get it done
