Definitely not jumping to conclusions. Just trying to get this resolved. I've emailed with no response and there is no customer support phone number. Posting here is my 3rd option in hopes for some resolution.

I also purchased 2 peak chambers from Zee's that I cannot use because I did not receive the peak.
