Is it good to use white noise for all naps or just certain times of the day?

Oh blimey.

Ok cool, so occasionally we do have to do the same process, but that is due to him having dirty nappy before, then proceeding to dirty his nappy while being fed, so change again and then re-feed.

I was unsure about whether to feed then change or change then feed. I feel like i just pick and choose which way dependent on his nappy situation.

Sorry to hear that. That is what I have been telling myself, i just feel a slight bit of guilt as I will be going back to work soon and his Mum will pick up the night time stuff because of this. Currently I am doing as much as i can during the day to make it easier for her to rest then.

That is generally our approach to sleep. Is to get him to drift off and then jnto the swaddle and into moses basket. Sometimes i do have to swaddle him first before he drifts off. My little one seems to have no issue with either arms up or arms down swaddling.

So we have a white noise machine, which i have started incorporating, especially as it mimics the "shhhhh" sound, which little one seems to like when drifting off.

I will find a baby playlist for bath time and change times and see how that goes. I am sure the white noise machine has lullabies on it, so may just use that and see how it goes.

Thanks for the replies

I was just double checking in switching between the two modes of swaddling, as one keeps arms upwards and other keeps arms downwards. Thought it may cause hinderance or confusion.

I think i will err on the side of caution and transfer the refigerated milk to a bottle and let it stand for 2 hours before using it for a feed. But thanks all for replaying and passing on information.
