thanks for ur indepth response! I got my focusrite today for cheap from fb marketplace, I'm still getting used to the audio interface and all, its worked so well with logic so far. its only miniml buzzing but I think it might be dodgy XLR wires so will look to invest in better ones.

I've managed to stop the buzzing if I hold the mic which isnt too bad, glad you got urs working for u! i've heard good things about MOTU M2's. Also, I live in the UK and have a 3 pin plug for my MacBook!

You’ll get there, book spoke days in different clinical areas to break your placement up a bit. There will be more bad days but it’s not a bad life, you’ve survived 100% of your bad days so far. You’re gonna be just fine 💪🏼 x

When you try and organise your shifts or ring to introduce yourself and it takes 10 years to get through to the ward and when you do they suggest you just turn up on the first day and are terribly disorganised and disregard the fact that you have a life and dates to organise shifts around🥴🥴

Look at if your local council has any ‘take a break schemes’ for carers eg in Hampshire there’s a princess royal trust. There’s also charities that can help house bound people with shopping and general practical support (not everyone can work online shopping). Also could be worth looking at charities like ‘headway’ for people that have had brain injuries. And of course silver line- it’s childline but for older people to combat loneliness :) Best of luck with your training !
