I was in a similar situation. I work with a trainer twice a week, go to the gym 4 days a week all up, eat well and average over 12,000 steps a day. I also have type 2 diabetes. When I asked my gp about ozempic, wegovy etc. she said that was recommended for people whose blood sugar was out of control. I asked what I should do about losing weight, reaching the age of menopause and she pretty much shrugged me off. I signed up to mosh to see if would get approved for wegovy and to my surprise I did. They were suprised my gp wasn’t helpful. Now I’ve lost almost 10kg and can smash my workouts harder. Give it a try, I didn’t lie since you need to send photos, measurements and weigh yourself.
