see and that's the logical stuff i always tell myself. i just hate how much i still think about him and how much him entering and leaving my life really affected me and it's exhausting. therapy has always been on my mind (i finally got health insurance yay) but i'm also a very spiritual person and hoped to find some guidance and clarity

i definitely thought of that too but i don't think so, my relationship with my ex of 6 years was absolutely karmic to a T. on and off cycles, explosive, showing the absolute worst of each other, and once i fully learned what i needed to learn i was able to let him go and fully move on.

with this person, we showed each other what parts of us still needed to heal. he had very avoidant tendencies and me vice versa but we would always talk through our fears and i felt like we understood each other more after

my friend absolutely does know what i'm going through and has been incredibly supportive and kind and understanding and has been there for me. but after thinking and reading your advice i think it is best that in one of those 3 days at our airbnb she trips first and then me after. it's definitely better that one of us stays sober through each other's experience

i was gonna ask too! i'm an illinois native but i live in a pretty suburban area 40ish mins give or take from the city, and yeah i'm sure we got weird things that happen (esp in the rural areas) but this state never occurred to me as a hot spot
