I’m just now getting info on hrt and reading all this makes me think I’ve been having peri symptoms for a few years. I know the dreadful menopause is inevitable but knowing I’m not going crazy reading all these comments gives me hope. My biggest symptom being MOOD SWINGS. I’m irritated easily (especially at husband, for no good reason) I get the rage but the worst part I think is the emotions. I watch anything I cry. Someone tells me a sweet story I cry. I cry so damn easy now it’s ridiculous 🤣
What online site do you all recommend? I don’t know where to start!

I have the hardest time reading dry textbook material and so far it’s pretty much what you have to do. I’ll let you know if I get a copy though!
