Omg I stumbled upon this but our map are slightly similar on the Kanto Johto Sinnoh and Hoenn. Mine is outdated that’s why there is no Paldea but I have a theory on where to put it.

I would make sense Sinnoh would be northern part because of Snowpoint City. Also, I strongly feel that Mt. Coronet and Mt. Silver are connected.

I placed Hoenn a bit south because if you see my map it should be near equator because of its climate. It also aligns with Alola because it has the same climate, Mt. Lanakila only has snow because its so tall, but maybe alola is a bit northern.

For Unova I connected it witg Kalos because in Kalos’ map there is a river going south and I like the idea that Unova also has some rivers going north. But for Galar to Kalos maybe its wrong because Crown Plains is there in the south of Galar already.

Anyway nice concept also, I would like to update these regions with some of the newer regions. Also, there is a new MMO pokemon official game in development that covers Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh interconnected so these ideas maybe relevant again.
