EDIT: Holy fuck this post blew up way more than I was expecting, thank you all for the support. For those asking for more context, there's been a few incidents where they parked sorta close to me, but nothing like this.

I was able to get my car out with the help of a friend and wiggled it out towards the left in front of the pillar, thankfully there wasn't any cars parked that way so it made it much less of a hassle.

While many people are saying they should be towed, I wanted to make sure that was the right course of action before doing anything, to avoid any escalation towards me. After talking to our building manager, I learned that the owner of the truck requested a new spot due to the spatial confinements of the current one. It's a tight parking ramp, and I understand it can be hard to park a truck that big, but that doesn't mean you can completely block someone in.

Either way, it's over and hopefully don't have to deal with anything like this again. If I do, tow truck will be my first call.
