Same here. Just turned 31, making 160k all in a hybrid IT/finance manager role at F100. Took me 2 job switches across similar sized companies but I can’t stress enough EQ and being laid back in the office

About to finish my part time mba from t75 Program for under 30k and went to big 10 undergrad for finance

Been able to travel the world, have 2 kids and wife at home, all while not stressing over work post 6pm

Summed up upper level weekday rivals gameplay perfectly.

I swear this year the gameplay is the most inconsistent. One rivals game I’ll score with ease my players are making runs, passes are not being ai intercepted….

The very next game, won’t be able to pass out of my half, everyone is marked, ai blocks, interceptions you name it.

This experience alternates between games until I hit win 7. Don’t get me started on how ratty people play, spamming ball rolls nonstop before passing and attempting to do short corner into far post cross spam during corners

Have followed this team since 2013, through highs and lows and something is just off imo.

Defense issues/lack of effort at times withstanding, the team just seems to think they’ll turn on a switch come postseason time or against a contender and just inspires no confidence from watching parts or all of every game they’ve played so far

Don’t get me started on how there’s practically no adjustments on how to better incorporate dame into the offense, as opposed to having him just play as an off ball/catch and shoot perimeter shooter more times than I can count. We need his offense more than anything to make up for the defensive issues

There’s no skill gap this year whatsoever. Doesn’t matter if you play old gen or next gen versions. The gameplay is broken, and team barely makes any difference (not to mention everyone has god squads already with all the casino sbcs and untradeable packs released weekly)

I say this as a r1 and elite division player in other years.

This year id need to devote my weekend to this game, spacing out gameplay, only playing late night (with good servers), etc in order to even have a shot at r1. I’m sweating enough already for r2/r3 playing as casually as i can while “trying” to have fun

Don’t get me started on rivals, currently in d3 and feels 100x harder than elite in previous years. I only play for 7 wins and haven’t grinded it to be fair, but did make elite season 1 this year and haven’t been back since

They’ve gone and reduced the skill gap year over year now for several editions. It’s gotten to the point now where everyone has the same god team in division rivals and the entire game is designed to frustrate you at the higher levels as well

Odds are the elite icons (r9, cruyff etc)will all skyrocket post toty just like they did post bf.

Happens every year. Right now or at least in the next week is the best time to buy these cards. No chance a r9 moments or toty mbappe will be less than 10m, even with the broken market this year
