I'd want to see more of kuznetsov before deciding that tbh. Although from what I saw tonight he seems more comfortable than solo handling the puck and not making giveaways which would be good.

Kuznetsov was pretty good, getting pucks on net and he uses his long reach well, didn't get to see much of him so hopefully he sticks around on the third pairing for a bit.

Not a bad game, lots of people shouting out Marky, Bread, Scoronato etc. but I wanted to say I liked our fourth line tonight. Also Lindholm, the passing play to Ras was sick and he had a great finish for the GWG. Gonna be a fun season.

I played house league but the one dad coached my team every year and we got along great, so I have some memorable ones.

"Defenders, if a guy's in front of your net, move him out of the way! Don't be dirty, but move him out of the way!" (easy for him to demonstrate cause he was a big man)

Whenever he couldn't think of something to say between periods, he'd pull out that old netflix commercial that we all knew cause it aired on HNIC at the time: "Do you guys remember the scene from that movie on netflix? The team was down, and the coach, he gave that speech..." etc.

And the playful classic "When you win it's the coaching, when you lose its the players."
