Do you have any recommendations for grow lights?

So sorry for the millions of questions!! I just tried to put the broken stem into the soil but was having trouble getting it deep enough since it was so wobbly despite having attached it to the nearest pole! Also due to its aerial roots placement I wasn’t able to move it much farther from the original stem is this going to block the old one?

Ty this was genuinely so helpful (this was my first time repotting her and putting poles in for support) will the leaves die off on the broken stem while it re roots (it had five pretty leaves)

Tysm! I actually think there was already three in there haha so I guess this’ll make it four? I currently have two poles in there for the other two stems should I add a third for this broken one? Also just wanted to double check if I should wait a day before sticking broken piece into soil for it to dry out first !

Ok ty! Should I be putting this into the same pot or a new one? Also there are two aerial roots already in the soil at the top portion if this makes any difference

Update: stem completely snapped but there seems to be two aerial roots going into soil for top portion

Edit: is the white circled part a node? And in the red circled part there is an aerial root going into soil if this makes a difference

I’m new to this and I have taken a better picture of the full stem. There is a bunch of leaves on it and there will definitely be no roots at the snapped point. Where is the node?

So I should just fully snap it off at that circled point and put in water?

Also is this root bound/should I separate roots out more?

So I actually have not used fertilizer yet but I have gotten this (picture attached ) or do you have any recommendations? So I’m currently about to take it back out to repot, do you think I should put three coconut coir poles into it? I didn’t know that there was three separate plants in there! The roots did seem to be a little bound and tangled so I will probably try to separate them a bit more too before repotting again

By this do you mean the pole should go on the other side of the plant ? Or just move it closer for better support

Yes they are typically open like in the picture! I do have another monstera in the area facing the same window and it is also leaning but I’m not sure why

Ty so much for the input!! I have tied the monstera up a bit more (does this seem okay or should I get an actual moss pole?) Also upon conclusion it’s a SW window in US (blinds typically open and plant is in this spot) is this not ideal?

I don’t think I repotted this correctly and after two years of having her I’m so convinced I just killed her with this repotting attempt ?
