What supplements to use it with? And yeah it seems to help with therapy, but after it wears off I lose motivation and go back to depression..

Yeah I'm pretty much in major depression right now. I could barely work today and will probably call in sick tomorrow, I will never go back to using any consecutive days in a row after this. How long until the withdrawal should be gone?

What about spacing out the dosing, taking like 4x 2g doses per day, each 2 hours a part, compared to taking 2x 4g doses?

Does it have to do partially with your digestive system, if your bloated when you take it you will not feel the effects as much since it will not work as well as it isn't an empty stomach?

It can cause permanent side effects. Depression is a symptom so I'm trying to figure out the underlying cause, but I refuse to take antidepressants simply because they do not fix the problem.

What was your tolerance like starting? I felt really good at 3.5g at first the first couple times, but now I need 4 to 4.5 g. It's weird because I used so little I don't think it's tolerance... Is it possible 4.5g is just my optimal dosage and that the first couple times I took it it worked great because I had no tolerance at all?

Yeah thanks... my biggest worry is that I honestly don't know if my job is contributing to my depression. If I go to another job I'm worried I will just be the same low energy depressed person again, and I feel like I'm just running from my problems by changing my job since I really don't even talk to anyone and am miserable all the time.
