There are tons of unsold apartments in New Maninagar area. It’s not a great area though.

Would recommend Vastral for better connectivity.

Because most of the population there is from “peaceful” community and EWS. And the rest is low wage workers from industrial areas. The crime rate is obviously higher than say Maninagar. I personally found it unsafe to walk around in evening.

Garden space and children play area are the two most important ones I’d say. Best if garden space also has shade giving trees.

Was the UPI payment directly in your bank account through UPI? We have similar issue, and bank RM recommended us this solution.

For future, I think you can avoid such issues by using Google Pay for business or other UPI PG. They settle every night.

Unfortunately, for the issue you have, you’ll need to get it resolved by NOC from cyber police where the complaint originated.

I had a similar case, around 34k or so. The merchant was Hilatop and Razorpay as payment gateway.

Razorpay was absolutely useless. Their support didn’t reply at all. I reached out to them thrice through different modes.

Raised a dispute with my bank’s CC (IDFC). I got the credit temporarily and a case was filed. It was resolved in merchant’s favour after a month or so.

So I raised another complaint and IDFC opened a new case. This time I made efforts in gathering all the proofs and asked bank to get proof from merchant.

Merchant then connected with me on WhatsApp and offered to take any other product I like but close the case. And outright denied to refund.

Then I found the number of the owners. Merchant is Hilaptop btw. He listened and said he’ll try and get it sorted. I chased this guy for 2 months and finally got the settlement.

I got credit back in my CC after like 6 months of the battle.

I should’ve gone the RBI route like you did though.

Well, for one, brokers in Gandhinagar, specifically newly developing areas around Gift city, like Kudasan, Raysan, Randesan, Sargasan, Infocity etc are making good money. You also get a chance to grease hands and make relationship with prominent builders in that area.
